Bio-mechanical property of skin in Psoriasis and Psorolin B

In the present paper we have investigated Psorolin B ointment for improving bio-mechanical property of skin. is proprietary Siddha formulation composed Boswellia serrata, Wrightia tinctoria, Cynodon dactylon, Hydnocarpus laurifolia and red ochre. The property/elasticity skin evaluated in volar forearm region by four different methods such as applying uniaxial force, centripetal vacuum suction instant retraction pinch-pull test. findings clearly showed that improved elasticity dexterity cutaneous tissue. our previous study already established elastase collagenase inhibitory effect it also possess strong antioxidant effect. are discussed article.
